Bad habits!!!!! OMG, you are truly grasping at straws, Yeah, stoning your wife for not keeping sexually exclusive to you is a pretty bad habit indeed! The fact that there were laws to enshrine these bad habits goes to prove that they were anything but accidental. They didn’t have a few thousand years to get out of hand. This social system is only 10 K years old. It was a central feature of patriarchy to demand sexual exclusivity and to control and enforce that right from the get go. It’s the entire purpose of patriarchy — to be able to know for sure if you are the father of a child (so you could pass on your land and possessions) by keeping your wife under your control. Hellooooo! That’s why it’s called patriarchy and not something else.

I haven’t blamed all men for anything. Stop putting words in my mouth that I haven’t said. Nearly all women are raped by men. Talking about that is not the same as claiming that all men are rapists. Saying that men enacted laws that overtly discriminated against and harmed women is the same thing — it’s not saying that every single last men is an oppressor, but simply that this oppression was perpetrated by men. Because that is factually correct. Men were making these laws, because until very, very recently, women weren’t allowed to make any laws.

It’s not a feminist stance to cite facts, although as someone who claims to be some kind of feminist, you might want to try it some time. Women really were actively prevented from getting full citizenship via being allowed to vote- by men for nearly 100 years, to say nothing of the thousands of years before that when it was never even considered. Women to this day are discriminated against in golf clubs — by men, etc., etc., ad nauseum. It’s not unfair to men to bring this up. It’s what really happened and is still happening today, for fuck’s sake.

And why do you use feminism as both a pejorative and a badge of honor? You are truly incomprehensible! I’m done — you are too irrational to debate.
