Discriminating against people based on something that is really not an actual issue is not defensible. You seem to have made a lot of assumptions — about Gaiman and about the situation in general, without actually being able to support them. Where are your statistics and data in this discussion? A woman is more likely to be struck by lightening or attacked by a shark than she is to be attacked by either a trans woman or a cis man pretending to be a trans woman. Why aren’t you obsessing about that?

And what about the fact that around half of all trans people will be sexually assaulted in their lifetime? That’s an actual issue.Why don’t you care more about that than something that there is no evidence is an actual substantive problem?
