Misogyny is the policing arm of patriarchy, so no patriarchy, no policing of patriarchal norms and roles. These cultures don't have a gender hierarchy - they believe in balance and interdependence between the sexes. If you don't think of women as inferior in the first place, then you don't have that antipathy of being dependent on someone you don't respect for the fulfillment of most of your emotional needs. This is not a theoretical supposition - it's the way non patriarchal cultures operate today, right now.
