OK, great - hand over your credit cards and your bank account. You don't need those, and can just have some male relative handle your money and give you an allowance as they feel is fit. If you are even allowed to work, expect to be paid about 60% of what a man earns for doing the same job, and to be fired if you should ever get pregnant. You are also no longer allowed to vote, or to have any say in public whatsoever - your "place" is in the home, serving your man and his children. If your boyfriend or husband beats you or rapes you, expect other people to view that as "a private matter" that has nothing to do with them. You aren't allowed to go to college and are legally barred from a host of occupations - after all, if not in the home caring for your family, your feeble female brain is best suited to being a secretary or a nurse - something that supports the important work of men, who are after all, the only ones intelligent enough to be doctors. or scientists, or lawyers.

Your main role in life is to look pretty, smile, and make men happy. Don't ever let a man know you are smarter than he is, because men don't like that. If a guy gets handsy or won't take no for an answer, you should be embarrassed and ashamed - after all, you were the one who led him on and brought that upon yourself. Look sexy, but not too sexy, and don't ever be sexual except in the service of pleasing your man. Be "cool" and don't have too many needs. Men don't like that and the most important thing you can do or be is someone who makes men happy and comfortable, even if it comes at your own expense.

Does this sound like a great life to you? Because without feminism, this is the life that you would be living today - one where you just accept that you are destined to be a helpmeet and a second-class person. Sound good to you?
