Why do you believe I’m a feminist? I’m simply a person who values correct and accurate history — and the facts are clear that patriarchy oppressed women from it’s inception and continues to do so to this day. I’ve already said that men and the issues they also face should be talked about and discussed. That’s not relevant to my point of contention. You are trying to hone in on the issue of orignal intent, when intent is irrelevant in the face of the thousands of years of outcomes of those practices.

It’s not a secret conspiracy thing — it’s an out and out overt endeavor to suppress the rights of women and to keep them in a marginalized state — one that was chosen over and over again over thousands of years. And that’s what the historical (and current) evidence depicts — as I’ve already given you several examples to illustrate. Women fought for the right to vote for nearly 100 years and men actively out and out opposed if for all of that time. No conspiracy required. And you have yet to disprove that.

SMH!
