You weren't sexually harassed in those instances and the no men in women's fitting rooms, while a bit anachronistic, comes out of a history of male misconduct and the need to keep female customers safe. That's the difference. If women wouldn't give you office work, that's internalized patriarchy at work. It doesn't negate absurd notions that women shouldn't be allowed to vote and the like.
